Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Please read these terms before you book a consultation or enrol in a programme. They explain what we offer, what we ask of you, and the limits of our service.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Makers of Health website and to the nutrition consultations and programmes we provide. By using our website, booking a consultation, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
Makers of Health provides personalised nutrition consultations and programmes by a clinical dietitian. Plans are usually delivered through WhatsApp, with check-ins, lab report review and adjustments during your programme.
MoH Intelligence and other AI tools mentioned on our website are still in development. Today, every plan is prepared by Praksha.
3. Not medical treatment or emergency care
Our services are nutrition guidance. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or advice from your doctor, and they do not create a doctor–patient relationship.
- Do not start, stop or change any medication because of our advice. Speak to your doctor first.
- Tell your doctor about your nutrition plan, especially if you have diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid conditions, or are pregnant.
- We are not an emergency service. If you have severe symptoms, call your doctor or local emergency number immediately.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate and complete information, including conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy and recent lab results
- Tell us promptly about any change in your health, medication or symptoms
- Follow your doctor’s advice alongside your plan
- Keep your plans for your own use and not share, sell or republish them
5. Results are not guaranteed
Outcomes depend on many things, including your health condition, medication, how closely you follow the plan, and your body’s response. Case studies and reviews on our website show real client experiences, but they are not a promise that you will get the same results.
6. Fees and payment
- The initial consultation fee is ₹1,000 and is paid before enrolment. It is separate from programme fees.
- Programme prices shown on our website are starting rates. Complex conditions may cost more, and the exact fee is confirmed in writing before you pay.
- All fees are non-refundable (see “No refund policy” below).
- We accept UPI, GPay, PhonePe and bank transfer. International clients are told the accepted payment methods and currency when they enrol.
7. No refund policy
All fees paid to Makers of Health, including the initial consultation fee and programme fees, are non-refundable. This applies whether or not you complete the programme, and if you stop following the plan, pause, or end the programme early.
Because refunds are not available, we encourage you to start with the initial consultation, ask any questions, and enrol only when you are comfortable. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Communication
We communicate mainly on WhatsApp, phone, video and email. You agree that we may contact you through the details you give us for your plan, appointments and follow-ups. Please do not use WhatsApp for medical emergencies. Our usual business hours are 10 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday, and we aim to reply to enquiries within 24 hours.
9. Website use and intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, plans and methods, belongs to Makers of Health or its licensors. You may view it for personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or use it commercially without written permission. Please do not misuse the website or try to disrupt it.
Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Makers of Health is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, or for outcomes that result from not following medical advice, providing inaccurate information, or changing medication without your doctor. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal and health information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
